All systems are made to order and we start the fabrication process immediately. Depending on the size of your system fabrication may take up to 5 – 7 business days. The fabrication process is a crucial step in the production of the arches and posts. It involves carefully bending the arches to size and cutting the posts to the desired length. The accuracy of this step is critical to ensure the arches fit perfectly and function properly. The use of high-quality materials and precision machinery ensures the arches and posts are accurately cut and bent, providing a perfect fit. The fabrication process is the foundation of our production process and commitment to delivering quality products to our customers.
Once fabrication and fulfillment is complete, your order is now ready to be picked up and shipped to you. Once pick up with the carrier is confirmed you’ll be emailed with the tracking information so you can follow the transit progress of your order.
Your system will be delivered to you on a large pallet. Depending on the exact size of your system, the pallet may be 8 feet up to 12 feet long and may weight as much as 2000lbs. The freight carrier will not be able to assist you with unloading the system. This responsibility falls on you to make sure you have the means to unload the system. Ideally, a forklift or a tractor would be the best option to remove the pallet from the truck
It will be your responsibility to make sure that the delivery address will be able to accommodate the freight truck. If you live in a restricted access or a Cul-De-Sac where the freight truck may not have proper access, then you must make the proper arrangements to pick up the shipment at the carrier’s terminal. If you refuse to make said arrangements then the shipment will be returned at your expense and the initial shipping costs will be forfeited as well.
Please understand that once the shipment leaves our warehouse that it is now out of our hands. In the rare event that the shipment arrives damaged, it will be your responsibility to indicate this to the carrier and to immediately notify us. You will be able to accept the shipment with damage and Hoop House USA will replace any of damaged items. The damage must be itemized and stated on the BOL that the driver will have AND pictures of the damage must be taken and forwarded to us immediately. If no notification is made or necessary, it is understood that the shipment was delivered in a whole, complete, acceptable, and usable condition as ordered.
